1. Eligibility for Refunds
Travel SIM Cards
- Unused SIM Cards: You may request a full refund for any unused and unopened TSIM cards within 30 days of the purchase date. SIM cards must be returned in its original packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Activated SIM Cards: Once a SIM card has been activated, it is considered used, and no refund will be issued.
Travel eSIMs
- Unused eSIMs: A refund can be requested for any eSIM that has not been activated within 14 days of purchase. Once the eSIM has been activated, it is non-refundable.
- Service Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent the use of the eSIM service, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of activation. We will review your case and, if the issue is found to be on our end, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
2. Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, please contact TSIM Customer Support with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, or after a case review for eSIM issues.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping costs associated with returning a SIM card are non-refundable.
- Any service or top-up charges incurred after activation are non-refundable.
