   This our third TSIM eSIM. All have worked well. Only issue is you need to be sure to turn on “data roaming” in the esim setup if your outside the eSIM home country. Excellent price and good customer service. Would recommend.

   Bought esim for recent trip to Portugal thought I had installed the new sim according to directions and all went well but my phone provider (Bell) charged me data roaming for the time I was away. In my case I would have been better off without.

   Trip to Scotland and Ireland. eSIM worked great for data and voice calls. Called the USA with no issues. Called local numbers with no issues. I know incoming callers worked because someone called me by mistake looking for the police. Data worked great also. However the reason for 4 stars was no texting worked. I didn’t expect incoming as no one had my new local number. Would it have worked? I can’t say but outgoing text attempts did not work. Failed everytime. Overall happy but the text issue needs to be fixed.

   Very happy with the TSIM eSIM. I had used their physical sim in the past but this was the first time with their eSIM and it worked seamlessly. I used it in Sept/Oct 2025 for a 28 day trip to France, Italy, Slovenia, Greece (including Corfu) and Turkey without any issues. I plan on getting another one from them for my next trip in January

   VERY pleased. I was surprised to learn that Turkey was not included with most European eSims. Nor, in some cases, Corfu. This eSim covered everywhere I needed to go in Italy, Greece and Turkey.

   I got off to a less-than-prodigious start by mistyping my email address in my order, but Tsim’s Customer Service Chat was able to right my wrong. I am very pleased. Thank you Tsim!!

     Thank you for your kind words and for pointing out a key benefit of this eSIM. Turkey is not part of the European Union (EU) and unlike this one, most eSIMs that claim to cover Europe actually only cover EU.

    Worked great most of the time, but in my 16 day trip I had multiple days with no mobile data access at all. It was totally random as it would just stop working for 2-24hrs.
